We service all areas in Los Angeles County & all areas in Ventura County with no travel fee.
We service Orange County for an additional $40 travel fee
We service San Diego for an additional $100 travel fee
Our booking process is quick, easy, and efficient! Simply email us, or fill out the quote form on our contact us page. Once we have collected your party information (name, location, party date, etc) we will reply back within 24 hours. A contract will be sent to you and a 50% deposit will be required to hold your party date and time. The remainder of your balance will be collected by the performer on the day of your party or event. The performer accepts cash, venmo or zelle. Checks are not accepted.
Our party packages are best suited for children ages 3-10 years old.
Our enchanted performers also make great additions for adult birthday parties, festival appearances, corporate events, film premieres, private events, baby showers, holiday parties, and so much more!
Our magical performers will arrive with all the supplies they need to entertain. You will need to provide the following:
A minimum of 600 square feet on the premises of flat, cleared space for the performer and participants to play, run, and participate in activities.
Provide performer with one reserved parking space on the premises. If it is paid parking, client is responsible for paying the performer parking fee.
Provide performer with access to running water, drinking water, trash disposal, and a bathroom on the premises.
If applicable, ensure the event space is adequately ventilated, heated and/or cooled, well lighted, and in good working order.
If the event is at a park or rented space, client will be responsible for obtaining any use permits and licenses required for the performance and the event under applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
For glitter tattoos and/or balloons, it is helpful to have a table and a place for the performer and children to sit.
We understand that unforeseen emergencies happen, and can be a stressful time. Please give us a 24 hour or more notice before your party date and time. We offer a 1 time reschedule within 60 days of your original party date at NO extra charge.
If you must cancel your party, we need at least a 7 day notice before your party date in order for a refund of your deposit. If you cancel your party less than 7 days before your party date and time, your deposit will be forfeited.
Once you receive our contract and our deposit invoice, you will have 48 hours to submit these back to us if your party date is 7 days or more away .
You will have 24 hours to submit these back to us if your party date is less than 7 days away.
If we do not submit these back to us within the given time frame, your date and time will be released to the next potential client.
We are here for you! If you need more time to sign the contract or pay the deposit, please communicate with us and we will try to accommodate to the best of our abilities.
Yes! Client agrees that the performer is hired to entertain, not babysit, and is not responsible for the children’s safety. It is the clients responsibility to watch all children present for the entire duration of your performer’s visit. Pearl Princess Company, LLC shall not be held responsible for any injuries or property damage incurred by children or party guests at your event.
Yes! We are fully insured.
Yes! Performer will arrive at your party or event in full costume and accessories shown in the character pictures.
No hidden fees. Your total balanced is comprised of the base rate of the party + any applicable travel fees.
Gratuity is not included in your party package price, but is greatly appreciated. If you enjoyed the performer and would like to express your appreciation, we recommend including a gratuity to your performer in the amount of 15%-20% of your total balance.
